ORDER & PAYMENTS

YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED IF FULL PAYMENT DETAILS ARE GIVEN.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED VIA E-MAIL CONFIRMING YOUR DETAILS PROVIDING YOU ENTER A CORRECT AND VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS, ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT DELIVERY IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. YOU WILL ALSO BE ISSUED AN ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER FOR ANY FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE ALLOCATION OF THE GOODS TO YOUR ORDER.

PAYMENT MAY BE MADE BY ANY OF THE METHODS INDICATED ON THE HOME PAGE AND WILL BE DEBITED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. IF ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OFFERED FOR PAYMENT IS DECLINED BY THE CARD PROVIDER, WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO CONTACT YOU ON THE NUMBER GIVEN AT THE TIME OF ORDERING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE FORM OF PAYMENT. IF, FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU AND AN ALTERNATIVE FORM OF PAYMENT IS NOT PROVIDED, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

FOR MOST ITEMS YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS, HOWEVER;

A. PERISHABLE AND/OR CUSTOMISED GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

B. WE REGRET THAT YOU MAY NOT CANCEL AND/OR AMEND AN ORDER FOR (i) PERISHABLE GOODS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED; AND/OR (ii) CUSTOMISED GOODS IF THE CUSTOMISATION PROCESS HAS BEGUN; AND/OR (iii) WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DISPATCH DATE; AND/OR (iv) ORDERS FOR SAME DAY AND NEXT DAY.

C. ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: GIFT CARDS.

D. TO COMPLETE YOUR CANCELLATION, WE REQUIRE A LEGIBLE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

E. BICCYBOX, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US IF

(i) INSUFFICIENCY IN THE STOCK TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ORDERED;

(ii) THE PRICE OR DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS WAS LISTED INCORRECTLY DUE TO A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR OR AN ERROR IN THE PRICING INFORMATION;

(iii) IF WE DO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL AND PROCESS THE REFUND OF ANY SUM PAID BY YOU TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. WE WILL NOT BE OBLIGED TO OFFER ANY COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OR DISAPPOINTMENT SUFFERED BY YOU.

F.  IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF FAULTY GOODS, WE OFFER A NO QUIBBLE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND POLICY WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. HOWEVER, WE DO REQUEST FOR THE GOODS TO BE RETURNED TO US. PLEASE CONTACT BICCYBOX VIA EMAIL AT HELLO@BICCYBOX.COM. 

G. PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF BISCUITS, SOME ITEMS MAY ARRIVE BROKEN AS A RESULT OF TRANSIT. WE ENDEAVOR TO PROTECT EACH ITEM SUFFICIENTLY, HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A CRACK FREE BISCUIT.

REFUNDS

A. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS OF A VALID CANCELLATION.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

B. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A LATE OR MISSING REFUND, PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN, AS IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED.

C. IF IN THE EVENT, (A) AND (B) HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED, AND THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED, PLEASE CONTACT US AT HELLO@BICCYBOX.COM
